云南海埂酒店管理有限公司（简称：云南城投酒店）为云南省城市建设投资集团公司（以下简称云南城投集团）的全资企业，统筹管理云南城投集团旗下所有酒店项目，是云南城投集团的酒店统一管理平台。
         云南城投酒店作为云南城投集团大休闲板块的重要组成，自2008年集团旗下第一间五星级酒店北京新云南皇冠假日酒店开业，云南城投酒店陆续在昆明、西双版纳、腾冲、玉溪和上海等地投资建设，与洲际酒店集团、希尔顿酒店集团、悦榕酒店集团等合作开业7家高星级商务及度假酒店，投资总额达到70多亿，为云南省引入第一家“洲际”品牌酒店和第一家“希尔顿”品牌酒店，并协助管理云南城投集团控股酒店18家，正在建设的与国际酒店品牌合作项目达12家。
         云南城投酒店与多家世界一流的国际酒店管理集团建立起稳固的合作关系，已是悦榕集团在中国最大的合作业主。并在云南城投集团2016年6月成功控股成都会展旅游集团后，使云南城投集团酒店与洲际酒店集团合作的酒店增加到9家，成为洲际酒店集团在中国最大的合作伙伴。
