在告别第八届“五洲钻石奖”布鲁塞尔颁奖典礼之后，世界酒店联盟即开启2016年底的第八届“五洲钻石奖”全面评选活动，评选活动时间长达四个月。此次颁奖典礼将在第九届世界酒店论坛暨泛旅文化产业投资合作峰会系列活动期间举行。
“第九届世界酒店论坛暨第八届五洲钻石奖”在世界旅游组织、中国国家旅游局、中国旅游饭店业协会、中国旅游研究院、中国社科院旅游研究中心的大力支持下，将于2016年12月上旬在中国举办。本届“论坛”和“颁奖活动”由世界酒店联盟、泛旅文化集团、旅游卫视、美国亚洲协会主办，由上海泛旅文化传播有限公司、泛旅（北京）国际文化传播有限公司具体承办。同期举办泛旅文化产业投资合作峰会、世界酒店联盟理事年会。届时联合国世界旅游组织、中国旅游协会、著名企业集团、以及中国及有关国家使领馆派出机构代表和主流媒体记者共500人将参加“论坛”和“颁奖盛典”，望业界同仁们积极广泛参与！
The 8th Continental Diamond Award Ceremony Preparation Kicks off Now
Following the great success of The 8th "Continental Diamond Award" Ceremony in Brussels, our preparation work for the 8th Continental Diamond Award at the end of 2016 kicks off now and will last four months of selection. The award presentation ceremony will be held during the serial activities of The 9th World Hotel Forum and Pan Tourism Culture Industry Investment Cooperation Summit.
With the great support from UNWTO, CNTA, China Tourist Hotels Association, China Tourism Academy, Tourism Research Centre, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, The 9th World Hotel Forum and the 8th Continental Diamond Award Ceremony will be held in China in early December 2016. The Forum and the Award Ceremony is hosted by World Hotel Association, Pan Tourism Culture Group, The Travel Channel, Asia Society and organized by Shanghai Pan Tourism Media Co., Ltd. and Pan Tourism (Beijing) International Media Co., Ltd. At that time, Pan Tourism Culture Investment Cooperation Summit, World Hotel Association Council Members Annual Meeting will be held. It is estimated that around 500 representatives from UNWTO, China Tourism Association, famous enterprises and embassies and consulates of related countries and journalists will attend this Forum and the Award Ceremony.
