国际旅游与酒店联合总会是由法国欧洲经济研究院和世界酒店联盟共同发起，并经“联合国经社部”批准成立其属下唯一的旅游和酒店业民间国际社团组织（NGO），法定总部在巴黎。

“联合总会”2017年7月15日在中国海口市揭牌宣告正式成立，一年多来开展了大量前期基础工作。

下阶段，我们将在世界酒店联盟发展十二年良好工作基础上创新思路和行动，进一步整合大量优质资源。为了更好地推进世界旅游和酒店业交流合作与发展，我们计划在全球范围内遴选主席团成员，并在在世界旅游和酒店业发达地区构建办事机构。

目前，我们在法国巴黎、中国北京及海南、美国佛罗里达设立有秘书处和工作中心。

The Paris-based FIHOTO was co-established by the French European Economic Research Institute and the World Hotel Association. It is the only non-governmental international community organization (NGO) under United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, whose eatablishment has been approved by United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

FIHOTO was officially established in Haikou, China on July 15, 2017. A large number of preliminary basic work has been carried out over a year.

In the next stage, we will maintain innovation based on the good work of World Hotel Association of 12 years, and further integrate a large number of high-quality resources. In order to better promote the exchange and cooperation between tourism and hotel industry of the world, we plan to select presidium and build offices in the developed regions globally .

At present, our secretariats and work centers can be found in Paris, Beijing, Hainan, and Florida.
