•源自1993年海南旅游和1995年中国旅游；

•于2000—2001年在海口创办全球第一个“中外酒店论坛”平台；

•于2005年在深圳和珠海主导创办“首届中外酒店白金奖”颁奖活动；

•于2006—2007年在北京和三亚创立“全球酒店论坛”和“五星金钻奖”颁奖活动机构；

•于2007—2008年在香港、上海投资成立“世界酒店联盟”、“世界酒店论坛”和“五洲钻石奖”组织、《世界酒店》杂志、《世界酒店网》等体系；

•于2017年在巴黎创立国际旅游与酒店联合总会，并将该“联合会”和世界酒店联盟双双纳入联合国经社部体系中，是将国际社团成功纳入联合国框架内中国第一人；

•于2018年在北京组建“文旅国际峰会暨世界酒店论坛组委会”、创办《文旅》杂志和筹备“中爱国际文旅集团”等；

•于2020年在北京正式注册成立中爱国际文旅集团及参与“中国经济报道”（中经总网•中经在线）合作；

•2023年和海南省国际文化交流中心签署长期紧密性战略合作，并成为该“中心”顾问；

•2024年和地方政府签约合作正式计划将“世界酒店联盟中国总部基地”文旅综合体项目（总投资50亿元人民币以上）落户海南省海口市。

我们是第一个在台北、布鲁塞尔和巴黎成功举办“世界酒店论坛•企业家峰会”系列活动的国际行业机构组织者。

Introduction to China-Ireland International Cultural Tourism Group (CLICT)

China-Ireland International Cultural Tourism Group (CLICT), officially known as Zhong Ai (Beijing) International Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., was established in 2021, based on the “Pan-Tourism Culture Group.” It is a new comprehensive enterprise group that integrates media and cultural communication in the cultural tourism industry, summit and forum hosting, top awards selection, project consultancy, planning, operation management, channel resource integration, and investment and financing for cultural tourism and hotel projects.

The Chairman of the Board of China-Ireland International Cultural Tourism Group (CLICT) is Wu Junlin, a renowned cultural tourism expert, Chairman of the World Hotel Alliance, founding Chairman of the International Tourism and Hotel Federation of the UN Economic and Social Council, Advisor to the Hainan International Cultural Exchange Center, Chairman of Pan-Tourism Culture Group, and “Father of the World Hotel Forum.” Wu Junlin has previously served as a senior executive in large-scale tourism investment and development companies, under the mentorship of Ma Zhimin, the “Father of Chinese Theme Parks,” Chairman and President of CTS Group, and Founder of OCT Group. From 1996 to 2006, Wu Junlin was involved in the planning, investment, and management of major projects such as “Hainan Tropical Ocean World” (total investment of 800 million RMB), “Hangzhou Songcheng Scenic Area” (initial investment of 200 million RMB, with cumulative investment reaching 20 billion RMB), “Hangzhou Paradise and World Leisure Expo Park” (total investment exceeding 10 billion RMB), “Ningbo China Fishing Village” (total investment of 7 billion RMB), and “Tropical China Film Coast” (total investment of 3.5 billion RMB). Currently, Wu Junlin is organizing the investment and operation of the “World Hotel Alliance Headquarters Base” project, with a total investment of 5.8 billion RMB.
