在新时期国家倡导“高质量发展”的良好背景下，为了更好地推动中国和国际间酒店文化交流，进一步提升中国酒店旅游业的品质和品牌意识，经研究决定，世界酒店联盟正式成立“小型奢华和精品酒店合作组织（委员会）”（小型奢华和精品酒店原则上是拥有5—120间客房及相关配套设施的经营实体）。筹备工作计划今年底之前完成。现予以官宣公告。

Under the favorable backdrop of the nation's advocacy for "high-quality development" in the new era, to better promote cultural exchanges in the hotel industry between China and international counterparts and further enhance the quality and brand awareness of China's hotel and tourism sector, the World Hotel Alliance has officially established the "Small Luxury and Boutique Hotel Cooperation Organization (Committee)" (Small luxury and boutique hotels are generally defined as operating entities with 5 to 120 guest rooms and related supporting facilities). The preparatory work is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year. This announcement is hereby officially issued.
