吴军林:我们,文旅中国正青春! ——写在五一国际劳动节和五四青年节期间

昨天是五四青年节,我准备写点文字予以纪念,因为祖辈和父辈们在上世纪二三十年代和四五十年代的革命精神影响,因为他们为国家的独立和解放事业流下了血汗献出了生命,他们做出了应有的贡献,给后辈们许多启迪,做出了榜样,所以我们在这样的特定时间里应该有所思想和感悟。然而,因为忙于家务导致昨天耽误提笔了。

 

今天立夏,我在昨天的思想基础上落笔,感觉更有意思。这两天我在海岛上充分感受了我们家四位“龙女龙子” (属龙的)翩翩少年的阳光气息,感动油然而生。

 

今年“五一”假期非常特殊,是我国新冠肺炎疫情全面控制下的疯狂出行出游黄金周。据今日新华社报道,中国文化和旅游部发布,2021年“五一”假期国内旅游出游2.3亿人次,同比增长119.7%,按可比口径恢复至疫前同期的103.2%;实现国内旅游收入1132.3亿元人民币,同比增长138.1%,按可比口径恢复至疫前同期的77.0%。今年的“五一”假期,无论是长城上还是故宫里,无论是南京路还是海滩边,到处都是出行旅游者。

从携程公司的最新发布得知,今年“五一”连休五天,消费者积蓄已久的长途出行需求得以释放。数据显示,携程“五一”黄金周总订单量同比增长约270%,对比2019年同期增幅超过30%。其中,北京、上海、广州、杭州、成都、西安、南京、重庆、武汉、长沙入围今年“五一”黄金周十大热门旅游城市。携程酒店预订间夜以及GMV在假期前三天连续突破平台历史峰值,对比2019年同期,单日订单量增幅最高达70%。

携程在租车业务和消费者阶层等方面的分析上显示了这些领域有着意想不到的突破和更大量级的增长,这为中国旅游业发展提供了新的观察研究的“点线面”。

 

从目前状况来看,新冠肺炎疫情在中国已被完全管控并逐步消失。海南在旅游市场的欣欣向荣之外,又分别于四月和五月成功举办几千人参加和几十万人参与的“博鳌亚洲论坛2021年年会” 和首届“中国国际消费品博览会”活动,这对于一个伟大的社会主义国家来说是极其不容易的,这对于伟大的中国共产党来说,是经受住了国际国内极大的考验和挑战,值得歌颂!

眼看西方新冠肺炎疫情还在蔓延,另外一个超级人口大国印度已经全面失控。有关报道显示,印度已有超过一百万人死于新冠病毒,感染新冠病毒患者达到了四五亿人,印度国家医疗救治体系完全瘫痪,这对于全球来说是非常可怕的事情!西方所有强国都在遭受严重的疫情灾难,国际旅游业务全面停摆,西方国家阵营的“龙头老大”美国也还在遭受新冠肺炎疫情的严重困扰(美国因新冠病毒死亡人数已超过六十万),美国的政治、经济、文化、科技等发展地位受到从未有过的全面冲击和重创。美国的军事力量还能在全球霸权多久呢?新冠肺炎疫情如果继续如此蔓延下去,美国的军事力量最多还能撑住十五年左右。很显然,美国及其几个铁杆盟友“打压全球,消费全球”的“好日子”不多了。

印度疫情形势严峻

 

更具体地来看,西方国家自2020年以来的国际旅游输入和文化产品输出已全面停滞(尤其是中国旅游市场输出方面),这对于西方文化和旅游经济的全球收割来说是一个毁灭性重创。可以预测,西方国家的国际旅游输入和西方文化产品输出在未来五年难以恢复元气。

 

这样一来,中国的文化和旅游业融合发展拥有了绝佳的重构和超越机会,中国文旅事业的未来十年是创新发展的重要关键点!

从1978年以来,中国旅游业发展四十多年,一直在牵引和驱动中国经济的改革开放发展。中国的旅游业经济基本在以两位数字的速度高速增长,旅游业经济在国家经济总量占比和全国就业率占比都在10%左右。从数据上看,中国旅游业经济四十几年发展的总体规模和贡献非常可观。

 

国家文化部和旅游局2018年初合并以来,“文旅融合”发展正逢其时,无论是从意识形态和软实力的“表里”上来讲,还是从行业经济硬作为的“虚实”结合来讲,对于中国当前和今后的旅游业发展来说都是一个更为切合全球竞争力实际的利好条件。



“2018年以来,本着‘宜融则融,能融尽融’和‘把文化发展得更好,把旅游发展得更好,把文旅融合发展得更好’的工作思路,文化和旅游系统持续推进机构改革,完善体制机制,旅游行业在产品创新、服务创新、业态创新和市场创新等方面稳步推动融合发展,取得了有目共睹的成绩。各类旅游企业注重强化与文化、教育和科研机构的战略合作,形成了一批兼具文化内涵和服务品质的旅游产品。在各方共同努力下,旅游演艺、特色小镇、夜间经济、文创商品、数字文旅等业态获得了快速发展。在文化强国的建设进程中,文化和旅游融合发展的方向将会更加明确,空间将更加广阔。”

以上一段文字是今年4月24日文旅部杜江副部长在“2020中国旅游科学年会”中的讲话节选。杜江副部长上不仅谈到了中国旅游业经济正在迅速复苏,而且谈到了中国旅游业将在未来实现高质量转型发展;不仅讲到了自2018年以来中国文旅融合在不断地创新发展,而且也讲到了新时期的中国旅游学术研究工作要适应新形势,符合新要求。

 

中国文旅部胡和平部长今年也有过类似这样高屋建瓴和系统全面的战略思维发声,并在今年“两会”接受采访时有过“文化强国”的正能量表达。这两位新任不久的部领导都非常重视中国文旅融合的高质量创新发展工作。

 

文化是旅游业发展的根本和灵魂,旅游是文化产业发展的载体和驱动器。二者“阴阳结合”,是大文旅事业的“任督二脉”,融通则互利相生枝繁叶茂。

二十一世纪上半叶,中国文旅融合发展“正青春”。本人自1993年始,至今已经在文旅行业工作了28年,我们在市场一线做了一点具体工作,重要的是,我们基本经历和见证了中国旅游业发展最快的近三十年光辉历程。我和我的家人已经把自己最美好的青春岁月贡献给了旅游业和当下的文旅融合发展时期,我和我的许多朋友二十几岁就进入旅游行业,我们当年对很多旅游工作不甚了解,在诸多方面可以说是很无知的。然而我们在一个个激情澎湃努力前行的岁月里,在许许多多优秀的前辈和领导们的带领下一步步成长起来。今天,许多旧友和先前的同事们都在中国文旅行业有了更重要的工作和更为突出的担当,许多老朋友老同事正在各级领导(有的已是局长、市长、司长、省长、部长)和社团负责人、学术机构带头人等重要岗位上为国家文旅事业发展不懈地努力奋斗着。

 

我们,已经收获满满;我们,依然不停前进!当许多人还在为更多的车子房子票子不遗余力地拼抢时,其实他已失去了更为宝贵的生命意义,那就是为行业发展和中华民族伟大复兴努力贡献的精彩过程。金钱并不等于财富,生命中的财富并不完全是由钞票多少来决定的。

 

总之,我们在文旅行业工作是非常有意义的,我们还可以为这个行业努力奋斗二十年或者三十年。

 

从全世界文旅行业发展来看,我们,文旅中国正青春!

This year's May Day holiday is incredibly special. It is a golden week for crazy travel under the overall control of COVID-19 epidemic in China. According to the Xinhua News Agency reported on the day, China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism released that domestic tourists made 230 million trips during the May Day holiday in 2021, an increase of 119.7 percent over the previous year, and recovery to the pre-epidemic period of 103.2% on comparable basis; Domestic tourism revenue reached 113.23 billion yuan, up 138.1% year on year, and recovery to the pre-epidemic period of 77.0% on comparable basis. This year's May Day holiday was packed with tourists, from the Great Wall to the Forbidden City, from Nanjing Road to the beach.

In the first half of the 21st century, the integrated development of cultural and tourism in China is in its prime. I have been working in the cultural tourism industry for 28 years since 1993. We have done some concrete work in the front line of the market, and what counts is that we have experienced and witnessed the glorious development of China's tourism industry over the past three decades. My family and I have devoted the best years of our youth to the integrated development of tourism and culture and tourism. Many of my friends and I started in the travel industry when we were in our mid-20s. We did not know much about travel, and in many ways we were ignorant. However, we grow up step by step under the leadership of many outstanding predecessors and leaders in the years of a passionate effort to move forward. Today, many of my former friends and colleagues have taken up more important jobs and assumed more prominent responsibilities in China's cultural and tourism industry. Many of my old friends and colleagues are working tirelessly for the development of China's cultural and tourism industry at important posts such as directors, mayors, directors, provincial governors, and ministers.

 

We, have a full harvest; We, keep fighting! When many people are still sparing no effort to fight for more cars, houses, and tickets, in fact, he has lost the more precious meaning of life, which is the wonderful process of contributing to the development of the industry and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Money is not equal to wealth, the wealth in life is not all determined by the amount of money.

 

In a word, it is very meaningful for us to work in the cultural tourism industry, and we can work hard in this industry for another 20 or 30 years.
