二、我们在海南打造一种融海滨度假、休闲旅居、文化集聚、时尚办公、康体娱乐、生命回元的极具吸引力的复合型文旅综合体项目，这种项目在“新冠病毒疫情”之后一定是更有市场需求和竞争魅力的，因为它既不是单一的度假酒店，也不是单一的游乐区和传统意义上的文化旅游景区。

五、我们愿意和世界酒店联盟结合，并形成长期战略合作，我们欢迎“世界酒店联盟全球总部基地”和“文旅国际峰会暨世界酒店论坛”大会拟定期定址在三亚亚特兰蒂斯综合体项目中。
六、关于2020下半年的“文旅国际峰会暨第十三届世界酒店论坛”大会我们可共同努力把它举办好，三亚市政府是支持这个活动的。只要三亚市政府和海南省政府部门大力支持我们来共同做好世界酒店联盟全球总部基地和“峰会及论坛”定址总部落户是没有问题的，这两个概念你们可以考虑放在我们二期项目有关功能区块中，我们的二期项目计划是今年九月份开始动工。

1、Today, we just signed a contract with Sanya Municipal government, 1900 mu of land opposite to Atlantis Sanya as the second phase project. The total investment of the second phase project is 24 billion yuan. "The construction of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port is an unprecedented historic opportunity, and Hainan is expected to become the most attractive investment area in the whole world. We will further strengthen the layout of Hainan and enhance our leading power in Hainan's tourism industry. At the same time, we will use the advantages of group internationalization to promote Hainan to the world. 3、What we do is "new species" of tourism. After FOLIDAY went public, its development ideas were very clear.
